First and foremost, the club was created to bring like-minded divers together to enjoy scuba diving and club management, its diving activities, training programmes and its relocation to its current base in Saltburn in 1988.
With many organised diving trips each year around the UK and abroad, nationally qualified instructors on hand, buddies lining up to dive with you and access to Saltburn’s excellent pool facility for you and your family, the question is, why haven’t you joined us already?
Joining our club is not just about having access to world-class training, club gear and great diving opportunities at home and abroad. It’s about connecting with like-minded people and enjoying adventures together. It’s about making great friends, having a laugh, and sharing it all with people who have the same passions as you for our seas and oceans and everything that lives there.
The club today runs with about 39 members and growing all the time, the membership coming from all walks of life, all with the common interest in going diving.
We are a social bunch you’ll find us at Saltburn cricket club on a Monday night after our pool training sessions and we have many planned events happening through the year including summer BBQs, Halloween and Christmas parties and ad-hoc social events through-out the year.
